Lineage: Paul Klee and Ruth Asawa
Drawing on works from both artists, the show illuminates the ways in which Asawa absorbed and transformed Klee's ideas into a wholly original visual language. Visitors are invited to trace the threads of influence that run between Klee's lyrical abstractions and Asawa's intricate, looping wire forms, discovering a lineage that is at once intellectual, formal, and deeply personal.
