Paul Klee: Between Two Worlds brings together works by one of the most inventive artists of the twentieth century. The exhibition takes its title from the sense of in-between-ness that pervades Klee's practice — a constant dialogue between abstraction and figuration, the earthly and the transcendent, the childlike and the deeply philosophical.
Through paintings, drawings, and works on paper, visitors are invited to follow Klee's restless creative journey, from his early experiments with line and colour to the bold, grid-like compositions of his later years. The show offers a rare opportunity to experience the full breadth of an artist who refused to be confined by any single style or movement.
