Inside Archives. Interventions on Leni Riefenstahl's Nuba Work
During her travels to Sudan in the 1960s and 1970s, Riefenstahl photographed the Nuba people, creating a substantial body of work that has since become the subject of intense scholarly and ethical debate.
This project brings together artistic interventions, research, and public discourse to examine these photographs within their historical, political, and cultural contexts, questioning representation, authorship, and the archive itself.
