This exhibition presents a broad and illuminating survey of decorative arts produced in China from the year 1000 to the present day. Spanning more than a millennium of creative production, the show brings together works in ceramics, textiles, lacquerware, metalwork, and other applied arts to trace the evolution of craft, design, and material culture across successive dynasties and into the modern era.
